Our ordering process is simple and straightforward!
1.) First Things First
Our personalized service will always have your best interests in mind. Start by getting in touch and reaching out to us. Once we’ve made contact, we will offer a small (30 images or less) sample job to get things going. It’s a great way to for us to introduce ourselves and establish your editing preferences.
2.) Preparing Your Job
We work exclusively with Adobe Lightroom to edit and cull images. A Lightroom Catalog and the Smart Preview files is optimal, but we also welcome RAW, DNG, and JPG files. Just pick the workflow format that works best for you and leave the rest to us. We’ll make it work.
3.) Upload Your Files
Begin by filling out our Online Order Form providing us your editing preferences and job information. This way we know an order is incoming. Next, simply compress(zip) your files and send them directly to us via our File Upload Site. This method ensures they will always be uploaded to us safely and securely. Plus, there’s no need to worry about creating and managing your own online account. We’ve made the process as hassle free as possible.
4.) Quick Turnarounds
Our turnaround times are consistently fast. With an average of 2-3 days per job. Quicker rush service is always an option as well to meet any strict deadlines. The work is done right and done on time.
5.) Receive Your Files
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email from us containing an itemized invoice and link to pay it with a credit or debit card. After the invoice is paid, we send you an email link to download the completed work. All files will be available on our secure site for 30 days after completion. So you can retrieve them at your leisure.
6.) Your Feedback
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your images, just let us know! Your input is a critical component of the editing process. We are always willing to go above and beyond to meet your expectations.
